Our freckled CEO, and prankster-in-chief. Nicholas brings a whole host of expertise to the table, in addition to a radiant and constant smile. Under his belt is a wealth (or a mobbaton, as we say in Barbados) of experience in the hospitality and tourism industry. This senior Sales & Marketing Executive has worked at industry leaders both in hotel and DMC scene in Barbados and the Caribbean while maintaining an eye on the global evolution of the industry. Drawing on these reservoirs of experience, he is team builder, motivator and mentor with strong interpersonal skills, equally adept in building individual client relationships and driving a team to execute a vision.

He loves the challenge of creating sales and marketing incentives which are truly different(rather than those which are ‘unique’- just like all the others.) He is happiest when a client says, “That was beyond amazing!”
